STEP1:Find a mirror and meet your eyes in the mirror
STEP2:Say out loud,"I love you say your name" Say
3 times. Say it like you mean it.
STEP3:Look at yourself. See your beauty. Find 3 things
that you love about yourself. Say what they are..
For example: I love your beautiful eyes, I love
your big generous heart,I love the way that you laugh..
STEP4:now, smile yourself at the mirror..See the beauty of your
smile-of you..Always tell yourself good things about you..
STEP5:Everytime that you see a mirror,
remember to smile at yourself..:}
